By accessing axaltech.com or using AXAL services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
AXAL provides AI automation consulting, implementation, and managed AI worker services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary system access, and designate a point of contact. Delays caused by insufficient access or information may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Custom code and configurations built for you remain your property upon full payment. Our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and pre-built modules remain AXAL property.
Data & Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential. We do not share, sell, or use your business data for any purpose other than delivering your contracted services. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for 3 years post-engagement.
Limitation of Liability
AXAL liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Uptime SLAs where applicable are defined in service agreements.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we deliver all work product completed to date. Prepaid fees for undelivered work are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
